LTBS is a 501(c)(3) that helps disadvantaged , orphans, and low-income women-owned businesses.

The #Ready4Retail program is designed to equip underserved women between the ages of 21-60 with the tools, training, and confidence to launch or scale successful retail businesses. From merchandising to marketing, participants gain hands-on experience and expert guidance to thrive in the competitive retail space with a launch grant.

Enrollment in the program comes with a GIRL C.O.D.E Membership, which includes access to exclusive resources, community support, and our Thrive, Sis Box — a curated wellness and essentials package created to help beat food insecurity and support your holistic well-being as you build your business.

Every woman in our program is automatically a member of LTBS HUB and a recipient of the Thrive, Sis Box—a lifeline, not just a care package. Each box is thoughtfully curated to support women entrepreneurs with wellness products, hygiene essentials, therapy resources, and access to financial education classes. These offerings empower women to care for themselves while building their businesses.

We understand the challenges our sisters face:

• 1 in 8 neighbors in Middle Tennessee, including 1 in 5 children, experience food insecurity.
   
• 41% of Tennessee families with children report struggling to access enough food.
   
• 70% of these families have had to adjust their spending due to rising costs.
   

Through the Thrive, Sis Box and our holistic programming, we provide consistent support so women can focus on their mental, physical, and financial well-being, stay healthy, and pursue their dreams without the constant stress of unmet basic needs.
