The #Ready4Retail program is designed to equip underserved women between the ages of 21-60 with the tools, training, and confidence to launch or scale successful retail businesses. From merchandising to marketing, participants gain hands-on experience and expert guidance to thrive in the competitive retail space.
Enrollment in the program comes with a GIRL C.O.D.E Membership, which includes access to exclusive resources, community support, and our monthly Thrive, Sis Box — a curated wellness and essentials package created to help beat food insecurity and support your holistic well-being as you build your business.

Sis, Let’s Get in Formation is a powerful one-week business bootcamp designed to help women officially launch their businesses while becoming the best version of themselves serving underserved women of the age 21-60.
This holistic experience includes legal business formation, branding, budgeting, and marketing — but it doesn’t stop there. We also prioritize your total well-being.
Throughout the week, participants engage in daily fitness classes, guided wellness sessions, and nutrition support to build healthy habits that fuel both life and business.
Enrollment includes a GIRL C.O.D.E Membership, offering ongoing sisterhood, business resources, and our monthly Thrive, Sis Box — a wellness and essentials box created to help beat food insecurity and nourish your body, mind, and hustle.

Every woman in our program is automatically a member of LTBS HUB and a recipient of the Thrive, Sis Box — more than just a monthly care package, it’s a lifeline. Each box is carefully curated to support women entrepreneurs with essential food items, wellness products, and self-care essentials.
Food insecurity is a real challenge in our community, and we’re addressing it head-on:
- 1 in 8 neighbors, including 1 in 5 children, face food insecurity in Middle Tennessee.
- 41% of Tennessee families with children report food insecurity.
- 70% of these families have had to adjust their food spending due to rising costs.
Through the Thrive, Sis Box, we provide consistent support, helping women focus on building their businesses without the stress of food insecurity.
