Since 2023....

Neka has always been a visionary, and servant leader for many years, she’s worked tirelessly as an entrepreneur and serving her community, studying businesses and laying the foundation for a better future for her family. Her journey led her to collaborate with Fortune 500 companies, gaining invaluable professional experience. Yet, through all of this, she noticed something. She began sharing what she learned online, hoping to help others grow their businesses the way she had. To her surprise, she found hundreds of individuals—particularly disadvantaged, widowed, and orphaned women—struggling with the same issue: a severe lack of funding and resources.

Many of these women were in dire situations, feeling hopeless and trapped in their circumstances. Neka understood this pain deeply, not only from her professional experience but from her own struggles as an entrepreneur. She, too, had faced the mental and physical toll that pursuing her dreams had taken on her health. But it was through these challenges that she found her true calling: to serve others.

Driven by this passion, Neka set out to create a centralized hub where disadvantaged, widowed, and orphaned women—along with anyone facing similar struggles—could find the resources and support they needed to rise above poverty. With Launch That Business, Sis, Neka is breaking down the barriers to success and providing the tools, education, and mental health support to empower individuals to take control of their future, just as she did.

 Our mission is to empower underserved women in Middle Tennessee to build thriving businesses by taking a holistic approach to entrepreneurship—focusing on financial, mental, business, and physical well-being. We provide the support, resources, and guidance needed to break generational cycles, overcome challenges, and create lasting legacies of success and wealth.

Our vision is to foster a hands-on approach to business, supporting aspiring start-ups and existing business owners, with the aim of propelling women towards their most ambitious entrepreneurial aspirations.
